Almost impossible to cancel

I have been trying to cancel my service for several months - you can't speak to a consultant until you've gone through their chatbot. While the option to cancel is quite clear on your profile, once you actually click it, you get sent down a path of unhelpful chatbot options that make it difficult to get anything done. Each time I finally get through to a consultant, I get transferred to another consultant, which takes upwards of an hour each time, before someone finally says that I'll get a call (I almost never do). Once, I actually received a call and was told that my service would be cancelled. That was over a month ago. I am still being charged for a service that I neither want nor use. An incredibly ********* business practice.
