ALL THE BAD REVIEWS ARE TRUE, TERRIBLE TECHNICAL SUPPORT

The sales process is/was seamless and effortless, BUT that's where the service stop, their after sales/technical support is useless!

They only have a WhatsApp support line, but the agents take for ever to respond, even in between messages, and they don't take note of what you say you've already done because their first response is always the same, yet it never resolves the issue, and if you say the issue is/must be on their side they deny, yet miraculously the issue the get resolved...is that a coincidence? Every time? I don't think so!

Think twice before you use this ISP, rather consider another one of the many available, maybe if they loose business they will wakeup!
