Agitated customer

Hi

I was told by Augustin Bell of web africa that they will refund my money by Monday its Wednesday already still no refund and no response via email yet. I am very disappointed in their service as im struggling since April to get this sorted. Very poor service when it comes to refunds and cancelation. Tje fact that they have not even responded on this review to correct their mistakes shows they have no sense of customer satisfactory.
