Agents gets away with ignoring customers for an hour

How does Webafrica agents get away with ignoring a customer and this is not picked up? Last reply from agent Courtney C was "ok" at 16.12. I rep**** at 16.15. It is now 17.15 and this agent is just nowhere to be found. A whole ****** hour later. Still no response. What the hell???!!!
