Agents are useless not helpful at anything!

The most useless team !!!I just simply wanted to pay for my Fibre as I work from home, those agents kept saying they can not debit my bank card as their system only allows them to debit the 1st day of the month, spent literally 24 hours on a web chat as they kept on transferring me from age to to agent, I'm still on hold even now!!!I am busy buying data so I can work, their agents not even empathetic!!! Mischka is the most useless agent that assisted me i don't even know how she was hired there! But I am not happy with them, I am most definitely canceling this service!
