Agent Nelisa unwilling to assist me on whatsup page

This company really needs to do something about these agents handling customer service at their what’s up page, I had just spoken to a lady called nelisa she was so rude and not willing to assist, im not even sure which system she is using cause she is telling lies about my payment not bieng made in June therefore she can not unlock my account for the service I pay for I sent all the proof of payment to her she decides to go silent which I find it very rude,
