Hi  Bertus. We hear how frustrating this has been, especially after two weeks of trying to get support and still not having your WiFi active. When you’ve made repeated efforts without clear progress, it understandably feels like things are not moving at all. We have reached out directly to the team that manages all Frogfoot activations, and they will review your order and email you with an update and the next steps as soon as possible. We’ve escalated your case so it doesn’t remain in that queue without visibility. The activation team will confirm exactly where the delay is and what is needed to get your service switched on. You’re not expected to keep chasing this. We’ll stay on it until you receive a clear activation update and your connection is fully live.

Warm regards,
Webafrica Crew

After your message to me, still no WiFi, it is rediculous, every day, i go on the whatsapp chat and speak to your agents, and everyday its the same story!

06/05/26 - Clint A.: My apologies for the poor service and frustration you have experienced thus far. I will do my best to assist you in resolving your query.

05/05/2026 - Enrico B.: The latest feedback from Frogfoot is for yesterday. Meaning that they are working on the order to get your line activated.

04/05/2026 - Michael O.: Thank you, I see the service is still in the Pending Stage. Please hold while I transfer you directly to our Provisioning Department to assist you with that.

Thembelihle M.: An escalation has been logged for the activation of your service.

i can go on and on and on! --

Yet another one! Clint A.: Our Order Fulfilment team handles these. I am now going to transfer you through to their queue for assistance, quote your correct customer code, and you can request an order and internet line activation update. I will leave a note for the following agent so they are aware of what needs to be fixed. Please hold on whilst I transfer you. Thank you for your patience and enjoy the rest of your day.

Hi Bertus,
We understand how frustrating and discouraging it is to receive repeated assurances from different agents while your WiFi remains inactive. This is not the experience we want for our clients, especially after you’ve invested so much time following up.
We’ve again requested urgent follow‑up from the team that manages all Frogfoot activations, with clear instruction for them to review your order as a priority and provide you with an email update outlining the current status and next steps. Please be assured that this matter is actively being attended to and is not sitting unattended in a queue. The focus is on getting definitive feedback and driving the activation through to completion.
Warm regards,
Webafrica Crew

Hi Bertus, we hear the frustration in your message, especially after nearly two weeks of waiting, repeated updates that the service was still pending, and the lack of clear progress or communication during that time. Being told different things and still not having a working connection understandably leaves you feeling stuck and let down.We can confirm that the service has now been activated on our side, and this is the final status update required to bring the line online. To ensure everything syncs correctly on your end, please restart your router. This will refresh the connection and allow the activation to complete fully on your device. In most cases, the service should come up within a few minutes after the reboot once the session re-establishes.If the connection does not come online after restarting, the next step would be to power the router off for 30 seconds, then switch it back on and allow it a few minutes to reconnect. This helps clear any old session data that may still be stored on the device. We know the delay you’ve experienced hasn’t been ideal, and we appreciate your patience while this was being resolved in the background. The service is now in an active state, and the focus is ensuring you are fully online without further interruption.Warm regards,
