After sales help/assistance on their whatsapp support line is non-existent

Their Whatsapp support line and aftersales support is no-existent - it's atrocious! Once you sign up they couldn't care less about you. If you want to contact sales, no problem, a consultant will be in contact with you, soonest. If you want assistance or wish to report a problem or require technical assistance, then you might as well try dealing with Telkom or the ambulance service - you wont get help any time soon!!!!
