After Sales and Cancellations

The after sales service is an issue for me. It took me several days to get my fibre up and running after everything was installed and payments were made. I've seen people complaining of similar issues online with longer waiting periods. I appreciate Jean-Pierre who was able to assist me and fix my router's configuration. This was in February 2024.

When you cancel, you get charged a cancellation fee of R999 despite how long you have been using the service... I do not fully understand why this may be however it is a policy they have I guess.

Hi Boitumelo, thank you for sharing your experience. We understand how frustrating it must have been to wait several days for your Fibre connection to be fully operational, and we’re glad Jean-Pierre was able to assist with your router setup.
Regarding the R999 cancellation fee, this is part of our policy for early termination. We appreciate you taking the time to share your perspective, and our team is always here if you need any support with your connection or setup.
Warm regards,
Webafrica team

I've been with Web Africa since 2024 February. Surely this is outside the early termination period?
