After 3 month of no Internet and subsequent to that my line being terminated and asked to pay some more money that I don't have, Ooh God Shamiema an Agent responded with a dedication and willingness to help, she understood my concerns and problems and she took almost less time to action and log a call for my account to be reinstated with a reconnection fee so my kids at home can proceed doing their homework and studies and they need the Internet to achieve some of the school work. Shamiema you are a star I felt the energy of you wanting to resolve and help me and for that I really appreciate your effort. Keep the good heart and work all the way. You are valued.

Hi Dimo, we truly appreciate you taking the time to share this, and we’re genuinely glad Shamiema was able to support you in such a meaningful way during a very difficult period.
Going three months without internet, followed by a service termination and financial pressure, is incredibly tough, especially when it directly impacts your children’s schooling and ability to complete their work. It’s completely understandable how important it was for this to be handled with urgency and care.
It’s really encouraging to hear how Shamiema took the time to understand your situation, acted quickly, and helped move the reconnection process forward so your household could get back online. That level of dedication, empathy, and ownership is exactly what we strive for across our support teams.
We’re glad your connection is now being restored so your kids can continue with their schoolwork, and we remain here to support you should you need anything further or experience any challenges going forward.
Warm regards,
Webafrica Crew
