After 2 agents confirmed, I was supposed to be reimbursed for the over-deduction from Webafrica. However, I had to hear today that it was declined because the service was activated on the 30th of March. They claim they have the right to deduct R1176.97, even though I was only using the services for 32 days. To my knowledge, the rate was R449 per month for 2 months, and afterwards R699. So, just be warned: the adverti*****t is not always the reality.

We understand how confusing and frustrating billing can be, especially when you receive mixed information and feel that the amounts deducted don’t align with what you understood from the promotion. Your concern around transparency and expectations is completely valid.
To clarify, we can confirm that you are on the 2‑month promotional offer of R449 per month, which applies for the period 30/03/2026 to 29/05/2026. All calculations for invoices IAB*** and IAB*** were correctly based on the R449 promotional rate. We can also confirm that an additional invoice I*** for R233.87 appears to have been generated in error, and a credit request has already been logged to address this.
If you require any further assistance, please feel free to reach out to us via a private message on Hello Peter, and we’ll gladly help clarify anything outstanding.
Warm regards,
Webafrica Crew
