Active service with no internet access

Bad service and they call themselves the best internet services, recently joined web Africa last month on the 23th October and today is the 17th November 2022, I have a service which is active with no internet access, no one calls you , WhatsApp web Africa agents seem not to know their job honestly , I don’t know how many tickets I’ve logged , I can’t watch tv but they have deducted the money , 2 weeks back they sent vuma technicians to come see my problem , the technician even advised that they come repair or replace the unit(router). World Cup is around the corner I can’t even stream anything , the service is useless, they don’t treat customers as priority especially first comers, I am fed up with the services . I cancelled supersonic isp and my friend referred me to web Africa ,worst service ever .They should come and remove their wires and take their router,I will enquire new isp something that doesn’t deal with Vuma as a whole and would never recommend anyone for such service . here’s my email address ***
