Activation waiting period too long :(

The service is bad. WhatsApp channel took over 12hours before they can attend me. Im waiting for activation they say it will take up to 72 hours. When they recruit you they never mentioned that you'll wait good 3days before activation. Now I have to buy data because im working from home while i have already paid for fibre, if I knew better I could've stayed with my previous wifi provider.
