Activation of service
Good day,
My device has been on and I do not understand what the issue is. Please can you assist urgently with activation.
My account details are as follows,
W*** S/N ***3f6f653b6
I have been waiting to chat to an agent since last week. Everytime an agent is available, they transfer me to the provisioning department and then they close my chats. I then have to start all over again. The last agent I chatted with, Sarah Mzizi, closed my chat after 1 minutes and now I have to start over again.
I work from home and I have been without the service since I made the payment. I have had to purchase data whilst I pay WebAfrica for a service they are not providing me with.
Thank you and regards

We understand how stressful and disruptive this has been, especially when your device is powered on, payment has been made, and you rely on the service to work from home. Being transferred between departments, having chats closed unexpectedly, and waiting since last week without resolution is understandably exhausting and frustrating. This is not the experience we want for our customers, nor the standard of service we aim to deliver.
We’ve requested the team handling activations to urgently follow up on your account and to provide you with an update by email as soon as possible, using the details you’ve already provided. The urgency and impact of the delay have been clearly highlighted so this can be addressed without further back‑and‑forth.
If you need any further assistance, you’re welcome to reach out to us again via Hello Peter, and we’ll be happy to assist further.
Warm regards,
Webafrica Crew
