Activation delays and serious inaction

Moved homes to a fibre set place but have not been activated for almost 2 weeks. Webafrica points blame to frogfoot and frogfoot back to Webafrica.

As a customer you won't know what to do and you're just stuck in the middle without any help or service instead of them sorting it out between themselves. I've used Webafrica for over 3 years but this is the worst I've had to deal with.
