activate my sim

I was told that my LTE service will be active 24 - 48 hours after delivery. Today is the third day 72 hours later and my service is not active yet. I was told by Shane Pieterse today that I need to wait until Wednesday and Boom he ended our Whatsapp chat right after telling me that. Where exactly does it say I need to wait 120 hours for my service to be activated?? in case you don't know some of us depends on an internet connection, we are working from home. This is unacceptable man my gosh
