Accounts - BAD Service

On the 3rd I logged a ticket (TICKET ID: 782950) regarding money I feel was taken wrongfully. You can view the ticket. On the 5th I had reply on the ticket after contacting the company via their facebook page. I rep**** the same day. On the 6th I stated I am waiting for a reply and on the 10th again and today is the 12th. This is worse than bad customer service and one thing is for sure I will NEVER refer anyone to you guys again. RESOLVE THE TICKET!
