I missed a debit order payment due to not certain of the debit order date. After I have deposited money into that bank account that Intend to use for debit orders. Since the 08 December 2022. I have been making request from Webafrica to debit my account and activate internet connection. I tried to use customer zone link it was also useless. I regret buying router from this company it is very arrogant and careless about its customers.
