account suspended and no one available

<p>I have made 2 payments in July. One on 21st and another on 22nd. I then aubmitted an email as proof and also tried to call several times. Eventually someone were able to help me and lift rhw suapension. Earlier this week I got an email saying the account is suspended again, and the payments does not refelct on my account. This even afyer I have phoned and confirmed on the 22nd July. I have submitted a support ticker again on Tuesday this week and have tried several times the live chat during business hours as well as phone calls, but woth no success. </p> <p>I used to host with serv hosting and was moved over to webafrica. It has been a heartache since the beginning with webafrica.</p> <p>Today was a holiday and my clients are loosing business because their websites are offline and webafrica juat dont seem to care about us as thier clients!</p>
