Account Suspended

<p>I used to host my website with Serv but since webafrica took over Serv I have not received an single invoice, which I did not worry about as I normally pay well in advance, and as a result the account was suspended, on 4July I got hold of someone from webafrica that explained that webafrica was sending the invoices to an email address that has not been used for 5 years, not sure how the takeover if you make mistakes that big, but on 6 July I received a statement of what is due and I made a payment on 11 July for outstanding amount, since then I have email the proof of payment multiple times with no response, I have also tried on multiple occasions to get hold of someone in billing, but there is no answer. Please activate my account.</p> <p> </p> <p>I honestly think this is extremely bad service from Webafrica</p>
