Account on 0.0 but domain suspended

A debit order of 162.32 was processed on my account but the domain is suspended. I logged into the customer zone and indeed the balance has updated and is on 0.0 but the account is still suspended.<br> <br> This is not the first time it happens, and i don't know if their systems does not do the workflow thing to update Support that account is in good state or what.
