account cancelled without knowing.

Someone decided to cancel my account on the 24th and its the same day i paid my account, today i was chat to agents send me pillar to post transferring back and fought. proof of payment was send to all the 6 agents i spoke with but they want me to wait for 10 days for refund that i didn't even request, it's been 5 hours asking these people to transfer the money from order to the other......but they insist on refunding me money after 10 working days like that what make me mad, they don't want with the Manger's contact details and they close calls as they with to, money was paid to their account and they want me to wait 10 days for refund or pay another 400, so i can be reconnected, really disappointed in the way the do things.i don't have internet and am working from home since the 24th. i regret why i join webafrica.
