Accidentally Deleted my E-mail Account

Signed up for Website Maker package in December with Nawaal Davids. Promised to get rebates on existing hosting and domain. Did not get it regardless of numerous queries formally logged with ticket numbers. You just don't get a response. Finally fed-up, I again phoned on Monday. They apologised and moved my mails over to a new server. In the process they lost all my e-mails. Being sent from department to department. finally back to Nawaal Davids. She just does not respond to calls or e-mails when I phoned again, wrote me a mail referring me to another dept. I am still unable to access my mail control panel. <br> Finally got a chap in hosting dept who helped me(so I thought...)- Ishmael - said he reinstated my old account. I am however still unable to access the control panel. The login page says my mail account does not exist/ have been deleted.<br> I have lodged several tickets, it is a week later, have not had any response from Web-Africa. Whatever you do - Don't go there.
