Abysmal service

I wish i could score this excuse of the company minus-stars. The support services are abysmal and that's being kind. Something went wrong with the billing and they cut me off, no big surprise there, but I have paid the account and my statement shows 0 balance outstanding. I'm in an impossible situation now, no internet and no way to get any human at Web Africa to help me. Cancelling this subscription now, even though i still have to sit with this bad service for the month. URGGH, please stop blaming the COVID pandemic for bad service!!!!!
