Abysmal Service

I am writing this utterly devastated. I have waited for a month plus for a service I was told I would get by the first of May. I have had to deal with utterly terrible communication while being told several things by various people who seem to be working for different companies. While Vumatel finally connected me, to this point i still do not have a connection even after being told several times that I am already connected. To add to that I’m seeing another web Africa payment going off on my card and I have no idea what its for.

I tried cancelling my two orders many a time and I was given the run around and told to please bear with us which I did and that has clearly not been a good decision on my part

I am going to escalate this, I am devastated. My small business has suffered and so have I.
