Absolutly Abysmal Service

I waited two and a half hours for a response on Whatsapp (the only avenue for contacting the company). Enrico B finally answered and before I even had a chance to tell him what my problem was he disconnected and I went back into the queue. 2.5 hours, just to be absolutely clear. To wait that amount of time only to receive that kind of service is unacceptable.
