Absolutely Worst Support Ever!!!

This is absolutely the worst customer service I have ever received. You make TELKOM and ESCOM look positively brilliant. You may as well close your Whatsapp support line, because it doesn't work. Your 0860 support doesn't work, and no-one responds to support tickets.

It's unfathomable how you can get away with it!
