Absolutely useless in every aspect of the word

Since I had the Fibre installed in late July I have been having endless connectivity problems and most recently no connectivity for 6 days. Numerous requests for a call back and numerous promises but nothing is ever done.

I have never in my life experienced what passes as service for this company, you would be better of getting your internet connections from a homeless person on the street. I'm at the pint now where I'm unplugging their router, ripping out all their wiring and taking it to the only place it belongs, a municipal landfill. If you looking for Fibre DO NOT USE VUMATEL WEBAFRICA.
