Absolutely useless

If I could give 0 stars I would. Absolutely pathetic service! Suspended my line without warning. Useless landline, useless whatsapp chat. Been trying to get through for hours and they keep mentioning their “super fast whatsapp chat” but there is never a response on there. Why didn’t our payment method automatically save when we signed up? 1 month with them and already disgusting service. I am working from home and need my wifi!
