Absolutely unacceptable service from Webafrica.
12 days without fibre and still no fix. No proper communication, no urgency, no accountability. This has seriously impacted my business. Avoid if you need reliable internet.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback with us. We fully understand how unacceptable and damaging it is to be without fibre for 12 days, especially when it has had a direct impact on your business. The lack of timely communication, urgency, and clear accountability you’ve described is not the experience we aim to deliver.
We can confirm that we have escalated this matter to the team that handles open line faults and requested an urgent follow‑up on your fault, along with a clear update to be provided to you as soon as possible. This escalation is focused on ensuring progress is actively tracked and communicated, rather than leaving the issue unresolved.
Your feedback regarding the prolonged downtime, poor communication, and business impact will be shared with our Service Quality Team for review, as this highlights serious gaps that need to be addressed and improved.
Please feel free to reach out to us again via direct message on Hello Peter if you need further assistance.
Warm regards,
Webafrica Crew
