ABSOLUTELY TRASH SERVICE!!!!!

Worst customer service EVER!!!!! My debit order went off and I am still with no internet connection. Had a chat with Sinethemba on whatsapp which ended with no resolution and till today I am without internet. I work from home and this is utter nonsense for a service I have already paid for.
