ABSOLUTELY THE WORST SERVICE EVER

The absolute worst service ever. Have been waiting for a call back for 5 days to answer one simple question. Trouble is, it seems to be run by a bot. NO live humans available through any channel. I'm going to report them to the Consumer Complaints commission.
