Absolutely the worst service!

Absolutely the worst service! Have been struggling with no or slow internet since Friday evening. Your Live chat WhatsApp agents were not available yesterday, so reported it today. The agent contacted me eventually, sent her all the required information, was told to hold on, and then she took so long to respond after that, that the chat expired. Requested to be connected to an agent again, where Williebot kept apologising and assuring me that an agent will be in contact with me. The last response from Williebot was at 11:45, it is 21:14 now, still have not had an agent contact me and still stuck with slow or no internet.
