Absolutely shocking service (Webafrica)

Absolutely shocking service from webafrica. They are useless as hell. You can never talk to them. Always chat online and when you ask for a manager to call it NEVER happens. They had absolutely bad fibre connections and when I cancelled my contract they asked if I'd like the option for a courier to collect the router from me. I did that and they collected. Case closed. Just to get a message a few days ago to say I've been handed over for outstanding money due to router not received. I spoke to a few agents on WhatsApp line cause you can't ever call them. To be told Sorry about that. They will credit you as router been found. So I won't up this morning to see they stole more money from me and run a debit order that was not accepted to take money I owe them but I don't even have the router at had. They are a bunch of ********s!!!!! Don't even sign up with webafrica!!!!
