I initially was on hold for 20 mins to get hold of technical. My Fibre isn’t working. “Lotzola” then spent 40 minutes trying to fix my problem with loooong silent gaps while he tried to figure out what to do (I had no idea whether my phone line was dead or not)???? Lotzola promised to call me back if we got cut off. we got cut off and he didn’t call me back. I have now been hanging on for WebAfrica technical for a further 25 minutes. The WhatsApp robot likewise doesn’t solve my problem and my request to speak to a consultant goes unanswered. ABSOLUTELY SHOCKING SERVICE!!
