ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS SERVICE - NO RECOMMENDATION

If I could choose no star I would. Absolutely horrific service from webafrica. It takes them 10 days to accept an order. Then they take an additional 5 days to call for a delivery of our router. When we weren't home they only rescheduled 3 days later. We try whatsapp support and they don't answer their calls. They don't respond when promising to email us. We received no date for installation and debit our account even without an install date. And then when we want to cancel and request a credit, they promise to call us back for a credit. It's been 8 days since we requested a credit of that amount and still nothing. Absolutely ridiculous service. I will never recommend using their service and I hope they can see how their lack of action will cost them customers. In case webafrica actually sees this review, please contact us about our credit!!!!?? THANKS FOR NOTHING.
