Absolutely poor service

To whom it may concern I have had a Webafrica Wi-Fi device in my home for all of a week now and I must honestly say, I am not impressed with this company. I spoke to a sales representative the week before last on Thursday 01/03 and was told that Cell C LTE signal (coverage) is MUCH BETTER than the current Cell C cellphone signal in my area, this has proven to not be the case. I have tried to resolve this issue with Webafrica for a week now, but it's very difficult when NO ONE answers the phone at their apparent call centre, and the only way to communicate with Webafrica is via email or ticket, to which they respond 5days later. I have complained about the lack of service and signal , which I am paying for since last week Monday 05/03. My trial date ended on Friday 09/03, now despite the fact that I have commented on their website to state I am not happy and I don't want their device, I still have the device and guess what.....I'm still not happy. Now to give credit where credit is due, I know about this company having a Cell C LTE nationwide problem and I was told last week that the problem was resolved and since Friday last week up to Monday morning this week, the signal was stable and then Monday afternoon, we had a miner power failure, lasted all of a few seconds and now we back to square 1, where there is now no signal at all. This company expects you to pay in full for a half ****d service and be ok with it. I cannot study and submit assignments, when I never have Wi-Fi and signal, I am so frustrated and angry with this company. I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone at this stage, their service is absolutely pathetic and their so called BETTER Cell C Lte signal has proven to be worse than Cell C it's self and that's saying a lot.
