ABSOLUTELY PATHETIC SERVICE FROM WEBAFRICA!

Absolutely pathetic service! Been without internet for 3 weeks now and spent hundreds of rands on buying data! We changed our contract from uncapped to 100gb , the debit order went off at the end of May, including of course fees for the new contract etc. First they tried MTN which couldn't activate a sim card in 2 weeks. Then Telkom, which sim card I received on 17 June and it has still not been activated! They keep on blaming the phone company, but its their responsibility!
