Absolutely pathetic Service

Worst customer wxperience ever.Tried to switch from Adsl to Fibre on 3 December 2020 following a ubsolicited email threatening that adsl will no longer be supported. Eventually cabling complete 13 January, but no wifirouter supp****. I have tried every avenue to finalize but no response at all. To make things worse they deactivated ASDL line before completing the installation.Based on other complaints in this Forum, the businees wont respond. Obviously they do not care.
