Absolutely PATHETIC / Non-existent service from Webafrica

I am trying to organise LTE for my mother in law and It's been 13 days since I've placed my order with Webafrica and not a PEEP from them, but ofcourse they can take the money because the debit order went off!

I have tried to contact support 12 TIMES and nobody ever gets back to me.

The order still says pending. Nobody answers, if you call you are redirected to WhatsApp, WhatsApp just says they are busy and somebody will get back to me but nobody EVER DOES!!!
