Absolutely Pathetic

Absolutely pathetic. I was debited incorrectly more than once and nobody would help me. Lazy agents, and I lost so much money when they hadn't even come for an installation. My fault was ongoing for more than two months with no actual help or progress. Terrible service, definitely not recommended.
