Absolutely No Response !!!

We app**** for Web Africa to design a new web site for our Company. My partner had the 30 minute telephone interview with Ayesha and all sounded good. We were informed that they would design a website and if we were not satisfied, that it would be s****ped and re-designed until we were happy. We received the first design which was totally the opposite of which was explained to Ayesha during this half hour phone call. We then informed her that this is not what we asked for and she responded that she would send it to the graphic designers immediately to re-design. We HAD another website before using web Africa which we were also told that nothing would happen to our current web site until we were satisfied with what web Africa did. We tried to get in touch with Ayesha via email and telephone calls but were eventually told that she was off ill. The web site which web Africa designed and which we were not happy with is now live and our old website is no longer available!! I am most frustrated with this kind of service and if our web site is not up and running by the end of this week, I will cancel our subscription. We also use ad words which we are now losing business.
