Absolutely no customer support

I have been waiting for 2 weeks for a mail, whatsapp or a call from webafrica. They release my B number and leave me without internet for a week, lucky I found someone that could help at openserve but oops. when you try contacting them for support you get a run around. Worst service I have ever experienced from an Isp
