Absolutely horrible support - please do not use them, I beg you!

A car hit the fiber cable outside of our house (not our car) in the street. WebAfrica proceded to invoice us for the repair even though it did not happen on our property, nor did we cause the damage.

Additionally, I have used their whatsapp support a hundred times at this point and not once have I received a reply from a human or a call back.

Not to mention the constant back and forth to get the cable fixed, I cannot express the frustration.

Horrible service, moving to Vox.
