Absolutely horrible service from Webafrica

They were quick to take my money when I was a customer of theirs but when it came to paying back (into my back account) the money for my Zyxel router that I courier to them they just simply ignores me and whenever I logged a ticket with them, they just simply close the ticket without replying. It seem they're ignoring me hoping that I will go away.
