Absolutely Frustrating Service—Avoid at All Costs!

The support service is utterly terrible. There’s no dedicated support agent, just a chaotic mess of agents juggling multiple customers. The automated system closes your call without warning, even when the agent has asked you to hold on. This is completely unacceptable! I wouldn't recommend this service to anyone, and I strongly urge everyone to cancel their fiber subscriptions immediately. Save yourself the frustration!
