Absolutely dreadful service

Paid for my Fibre over 2 weeks ago, the router has just been delivered but no installation or set up date has been set. Tried using the help line and they make you wait 8+ hours and then if you don't respond in 2minutes they close the chat. Hands down the worst service I've ever received from an ISP. Will be recommending to all my clients they stay far far away.
