Absolutely disappointed

Hi I've been with webafrica for 2 years now with no issues but now that I have an issue they absolutely have the worst customer service... There is no way of calling or speaking to anyone. The only way to communicate is via what's app and it's so hard to explain anything over text then wait 10 mins for reply asking you if you're sure. Worst experience ever trying to get help from them...
