Absolutely bad service from Webafrica

I have had my installation done on the 24th of June 2021, with a promise of activation between 2 to 48 hours, i waited for the period but no activation, tried all the proper channels to get my line activated with no joy, the automated whatsapp line is totally useless, so i spoke to provisioning department , with no luck, today is the 21 July 2021 , with promises of feedback and call back non existent, i made a second payment now totaling R1078.00, activations keep passing the blame on Vumatel, which I dont have access to. I have spoken to numerous agents and their managers, still no luck, How is it possible that no SLA's is set on ticket turn around times. Please can someone with competency assist.
