I recently moved both my domain hosting and my fibre to you guys and I MUST GIVE YOU A HAND. EXCELLENT SERVICE ALL THE WAY!!!!!!!

Every step was flawless and you guys took better care of me and assisted me more then my previous service providers, even when I was still only a potential client.

Your staff are always friendly and every person I speak to has knowledge of your products and could assist me right away. The follow up service is amazing. I want to give a HUGE THANK YOU to Ghowa Arend who assisted me with my Fibre when my old service provider was completely useless. She was gave me all the info I needed so that I can start the cancellation process with my old service provider and even followed multiple times, and was patient when I told her I am still struggling with my old service provider. Your support staff is supper efficient the person I spoke to today (think it was Rushdien if I remember correctly) amazed me by being pro-active and using my cell number to view my account details while I was still explaining my story. FREAKING AMAZING!!!!!!!!!!
